About the project

I worked with Futronics on designing the user experience and interface for its delivery robot. The goal was to make interactions simple, intuitive, and adaptable to different use cases in healthcare environments, from quick delivery tasks to detailed route assignments.

Project Details

The biggest challenge was working within hardware limitations while ensuring smooth usability. I created flexible workflows, including options to skip steps for fast tasks or manually input details when needed. I designed a clean and accessible interface for healthcare staff, focusing on clarity, large touch targets, and easy navigation. Alongside UI/UX design, I contributed to building a design system and collaborated closely with project managers and engineers to ensure the interface aligned with real-world operations.

Things I Did

At Futronics, I served as both Product Designer and Product Owner for the delivery robot project. I designed the robot’s interface, defined user workflows, and developed solutions to overcome hardware constraints. I also helped create the design system and contributed to the company’s rebranding when Futronics shifted focus to healthcare. My work ensured the robot was not only functional but also approachable and user-friendly, ultimately enhancing its value in medical and care facilities.
